Welcome to our documentary project exploring the fascinating world of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). (Not sure what AAC means? Click here!)

Our feature-length hard-hitting documentary, "The Power of Unspoken Voices", will shed light on the diverse experiences of individuals using AAC. Through powerful storytelling and heartfelt narratives, we aim to raise awareness about the importance of AAC in enabling communication and empowering individuals who cannot use their own voice and hence need AAC.

 

Produced and directed by award-winning filmmaker Kate Caryer (who herself has cerebral palsy and is an AAC user and advocate) and Tristán White (who has a background both in accessibility and the world of speech and language therapy), we hope to entertain, educate and shock.
